Job Title: Investor Relations (IR) Manager / Senior Manager
Location: Kent Ridge
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm

Job responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Handle investor inquiries and coordinate meetings, roadshows, briefings, conferences, and site visits.
• Prepare financial presentations, earnings reports, annual reports, and investor communications.
• Monitor market trends, share price performance, competitors, and investor sentiment.
• Conduct market research, peer benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Support fundraising, M&A activities, and other corporate strategic projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior management.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Corporate Communications teams.
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and corporate information.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.

• Manager: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, FP&A, or Accounting.

• Senior Manager: Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in capital markets, investor relations, and corporate communications, including working with senior management and leading IR initiatives in a listed company.

• Experience in investor communications and financial reporting within a listed company is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modelling, valuation, and capital markets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial information platforms.

• Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information professionally.
