Employment Type: Permanent
Basic Salary: RM3,500–RM5,000/month + allowance + commission
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM–5:45 PM

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics market.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and meet prospective customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer shipping and logistics requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and develop a sustainable customer portfolio.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to conduct customer visits and develop new accounts.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Commission & Training

• Approximately 3 weeks of training will be provided.
• Commission and incentives are available based on sales performance.
• Building a strong customer portfolio and commission income may take time; candidates should be prepared to develop their accounts over the long term.
