We're Hiring: Senior Service Automation Engineer (CMDB/Control-M)!

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Service Automation Engineer specializing in CMDB and Control-M to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. If you have a passion for automation, IT operations, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Senior Service Automation Engineer (CMDB/Control-M)

What You'll Do:
Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Control-M and CMDB tools
️ Manage end-to-end batch scheduling processes and workflows
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of automation services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
️ Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for automation platforms
Document processes, configurations, and best practices

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in service automation or related fields
Hands-on expertise with Control-M and CMDB management systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Years of Experience: L3 (6-9 years)
Platform / Product: Control-M
Server / Database: Oracle/SQL/MYSQL
Language: Python & Shell Scripting
OS: Unix/Linux
Other Critical Requirements Mandatory:
L3 - Control-M administrator - Control M administrator who has done migrations, upgrade, DB mirroring, HA set up, Perform fail over, set up and execute DR activities, usage of AAPI, experienced with job as a code set up, establishing of pipelines for job promotions
