We are looking for a Mechanic/Technician to join our team and support the servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of JCB construction and heavy equipment. The role is suitable for individuals with hands-on technical skills who are passionate about keeping heavy machinery safe, reliable, and ready for operation.

Location: Senai, Johor

Job Description

• Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of JCB construction and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related problems.
• Perform repairs, parts replacement, lubrication, adjustments, and general overhaul works.
• Attend to equipment breakdowns at customer sites when required.
• Carry out inspection and testing to ensure equipment is safe and in good working condition.
• Read and understand technical manuals and equipment schematics.
• Prepare service and repair reports and maintain proper records.
• Follow company safety procedures and perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Certificate or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or Heavy Equipment Maintenance (SKM Level 1/2/3, Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia or equivalent)
• Experience in repairing construction machinery or heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Able to troubleshoot and carry out repair works with minimum supervision.
• Computer diagnostic competence
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and workshop and welding equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to work at customer site and workshop.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
