Job Description

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Find and reach out to potential clients
• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers
• Understand each client's needs and challenges
• Recommend the most suitable Ring Road service or package
• Present Ace Socials, SearchRaisers and Ring Road services clearly
• Arrange and conduct sales meetings
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Prepare proposals together with the team
• Negotiate and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services where relevant
• Keep track of leads, meetings, proposals and sales progress

• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups and sales conversations
• Able to understand client problems and recommend solutions

• Interested in social media, marketing, branding or media
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the team

Sales or business development experience is preferred, but more importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
