任职资格

  • Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Business, Accounting, Law or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in company secretarial or corporate services is preferred.
  • Familiar with Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements and statutory compliance.
  • Good organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines and handle confidential information.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

岗位职责

  • Handle company secretarial matters and ensure compliance with theCompanies Act 2016* and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, resolutions, minutes and company documents.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory forms and documents withSSM*.
  • Coordinate Annual Returns, changes in company particulars, appointments/resignations of directors and other corporate filings.
  • Organise and prepare documentation for Board and shareholders’ meetings.
  • Provide advice and support to directors on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with clients, directors, auditors, lawyers and relevant authorities when required.
  • Ensure all company records and statutory documents are properly maintained and updated.
