Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update 2D AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings and waterproofing details.

Prepare waterproofing layout plans, sections, details and construction drawings.

Interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.

Convert site requirements and measurements into accurate technical drawings.

Revise drawings based on comments from clients, consultants and project teams.

Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Engineers and site personnel on drawing requirements.

Conduct site measurements or site visits when required.

Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and requirements.

Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation.

Prepare drawings for submission and approval by consultants/clients.

Assist the project team with other drafting and technical documentation as required.

Job Requirements:
Diploma / Graduate Diploma / Nitec Certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or related discipline.

AutoCAD proficiency is compulsory.

Candidates must be able to independently prepare and amend 2D technical drawings.

Experience in waterproofing, building or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.

Familiar with construction details and drawing standards.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
