What we're looking for

• Minimum qualification or higher

• At least 2 years of work experience in a retail, showroom, or sales-related role.

• Sales-driven, cheerful, and pleasant personality.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to work on a shift basis, 1 off day per week (rotational). Alternate off on Saturday / Sunday / Public Holiday.

• Able to work well in a team.

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and sales-driven showroom staff to support our growing operations. If you enjoy customer interaction and working in a retail environment, we welcome you to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate and support daily showroom sales operations and administrative tasks

• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, sales order confirmations, and related documents

• Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders and ensure proper documentation filing

• Follow up on quotations and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Track inventory of display items, samples and promotional materials

• Ensure showroom inventory is well-managed and stock replenishment is maintained

• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure product display standards are consistently met

• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
