Telesales Representative- Mandarin

We are seeking a driven and passionate Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team .As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and closing sales for our automotive industry clients. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing business.

Telesales Representative- Mandarin

Location:KL sentral, NU Tower 2

Salary: up to 4100 MYR + up to 300 MYR KPI Allowance + sales comm

5 day work week, normal office hour

Start Date: 05th Oct

Job Responsibility :

Engaging with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales calls

Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services

Effectively handling objections and closing sales

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Continuously learning about the latest industry trends and product updates

Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Job Requirements:

Education: SPM and Above

Language : Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin will be added advantage

Experienced in Hospitality/ Luxury Field (Brand Products) / Automotive industry will be added advantage

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
