Minimum SPM/ STPM and above

Mandarin (mandatory) and English are required for this position

Basic computer skills is an added advantage

Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required

Fresh graduates and candidates without retail experience are welcome to apply

Experience in retail, customer service, stationery, Art or Calligraphy is an advantage

Customer Service

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable products to support sales and enhance their shopping experience.

Answer basic enquiries about Calligraphy, painting, stationery and art supplies

Provide product information and explain product differences when required

Handle customer feedback and enquiries appropriately

Retail & Store Operations

Arrange, replenish and maintain products on shelves

Ensure products are properly labelled, displayed and organised

Assist with stock checking and inventory counts

Handle cashier and payment transactions accurately

Assist with packing customer purchases and online orders

Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store

Ensure products are handled and stored carefully

Team Support

Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks when required

Support workshops, events and promotional activities

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within the required timeframe
