任职资格

  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; good English reading and writing skills, detail-oriented.

  • Careful and meticulous; proficient in Excel.

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to shift schedules.

岗位职责

  • Assist in compliance verification of complaints across various channels.

  • Escalate and follow up on abnormal cases.

  • Conduct regular self-reviews; actively participate in weekly quality meetings, share cases, and propose process improvement suggestions.

  • Perform POD audit tasks as needed.

  • Strictly comply with data security and privacy regulations; maintain confidentiality of customer address data and prevent data leakage.
