Your role and responsibilities:

• Support the identification, qualification, and development of new business opportunities within the Offshore and FPSO market.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer mapping to identify growth opportunities and strategic targets.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions while supporting the development of compelling value propositions and sales materials.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals, including FPSO-specific Electrical & Automation solutions for Offshore EPCs and Operators.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from engineering, project management, procurement, service, and finance teams to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
• Maintain and manage opportunity pipelines, proposal documentation, sales records, and management reporting through dashboards and regular updates.
• Drive effective collaboration across internal stakeholders, support strategic customer pursuits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Understanding of ABB products suitable for Offshore industry.
• Understanding of electrical Single Line Diagram, for FPSO power distribution network.
• Know how of E-House, HVAC solution for FPSO EPC/operators.
• Experience in managing ABB FPSO customers
• Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
