Job Summary

The primary role is to assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products while consistently providing exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification** required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of prior retail experience is a plus.
• Must be friendly, courteous, and **self-motivated** with a positive attitude.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a warm, engaging personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacists with daily store operations.
• Ensure the outlet remains well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Provide a warm, friendly greeting to customers and assist them with inquiries.
• Manage stock levels and inventory efficiently.
• Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately.
