Key Responsibilities:

• Active Market Engagement: Proactively engage clients with sharp market insights. You are the voice of authority that stimulates trading activity and guides clients through market volatility.
• Precision Execution: Execute trades for listed derivatives with absolute accuracy and zero lag. In our world, precision is the only standard.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate directly with the HoD on marketing strategies, system UAT, and business development. Your input will shape our expansion.
• The Global Interface: Liaise with global institutional partners.

What We Are Looking For:

• The Talent: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a hunger for the markets are highly encouraged to apply.
• The Experience: For senior roles, a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in futures dealing or brokerage is expected.
• The Credential: CMSRL License holder with Modules 14 & 16 is a strong plus but not mandatory. For the right candidate the bank will sponsor your licensing examinations.
• The Linguistic Edge: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Ability to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a strong plus. Fluency in dialects is your “secret weapon” for client relations.
