Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service across Service and Cash Zones, handling customers’ banking enquiries and transactions.

Assist customers with digital and self-service banking solutions while promoting a

Digital First

approach.

Identify customer needs and provide suitable advisory solutions across banking products and services.

Support account opening and onboarding through both digital and physical channels.

Assist with daily branch operations, administrative duties, and account opening checks.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.

Handle customer escalations and follow up on complex service issues to ensure timely resolution.

Participate in training and upskilling programmes to strengthen product, digital, and customer service capabilities.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Customer-focused with an ability to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Comfortable with digital banking tools and promoting digital adoption.

Good attention to detail with strong compliance and risk awareness.

Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
