Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support and coordinate project execution from planning through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing daily project activities.

• Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to project schedules and specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project requirements.

• Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, method statements, and project reports.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Identify project issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.

• Monitor project schedules, materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.

• Ensure all project activities comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

• Attend project meetings and provide updates on project progress.

• Assist in preparing progress reports, variation orders, and other project-related documentation.

• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant project engineering or project coordination experience preferred.

• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.

• Good knowledge of project coordination and site operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software will be an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
