Job Description & Requirements

Location: Multiple area in Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,000
Working Hours: ************* (Mon-Fri) ************* (Sat)

Job Scope

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for factory facilities and utilities.
• Maintain electrical, lighting, plumbing, air-conditioning, Audio Visual and other building systems.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, door access, face recognition, and burglar alarm systems.
• Coordinate servicing schedules for air-conditioning, machinery, water dispensers, and fire safety equipment.
• Arrange, supervise, and liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with the building management office on facility, safety, and environmental matters.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance systems.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
