KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable (AP) Management:

• Handle end-to-end AP processes, including vendor onboarding, validating supplier invoices, payments and account reconciliations.
• Monitor and report on ageing accounts, manage timing of outstanding payments especially 3rd party costs and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the contract payment arrangements and ensure smooth payment processes.

Process Improvement & Risk Management:

• Assist in evaluating supplier credibility risks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance AP systems and financial processes.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Employee Claims:

• Ensure employee claims are accurate, in line with company policy and processed on a timely basis.
• Manage any claim discrepancies.
