• Position: Customer Service Executive

• Location: Elias Mall

• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - Tuesday to Saturday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Commission Bonus + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits + Career Progression

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Education Centre

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to parent and prospective-family enquiries.

• Provide information on programmes, schedules and enrolment matters.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.

• Follow up on enrolment enquiries and support the registration process.

• Coordinate with schools, teaching teams and external stakeholders where required.

• Arrange and follow up on student assessments and placement matters.

• Gather parent feedback and support service-improvement initiatives.

• Support enrolment targets through timely follow-up and good customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Education, Marketing or a related discipline.

• At least one year of relevant experience in customer service, parent relations, education, enrolment support or another customer-facing role.

• Comfortable communicating with parents, schools and external stakeholders.

• Experience in education, children’s enrichment or student services would be advantageous.
