Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Defender XDR/Endpoint across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, application deployment, patching, and Autopilot.
• Implement Conditional Access, MFA, BYOD, and mobile security policies.
• Manage Microsoft Purview including DLP, Information Protection, sensitivity labels, retention, and eDiscovery.
• Monitor and investigate identity security alerts using Microsoft Entra ID and Defender for Identity.
• Manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint, and Abnormal Security.
• Handle SPF, DKIM, DMARC, phishing, spoofing, and email security incidents.
• Support incident response, security improvements, automation, and endpoint/data protection.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of cybersecurity or endpoint engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Defender for XDR and Endpoint.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection.
• Strong understanding of Windows endpoint security, device management, and modern authentication.
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, endpoint compliance, and Zero Trust principles.
• Knowledge of endpoint hardening methodologies and security frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
