• Position: Household Operations Assistant / Private Residence Assistant
• Location: Central Area
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 7.30AM to 5.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,700 + OT + CPF Contribution + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: Medical Benefits of up to $1,000/year + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Household Operations Assistant to support the daily upkeep and general operations of a private residence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain household cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Assist with gardening and simple household maintenance.
• Walk the family dog and coordinate grooming when required.
• Drive household vehicles to workshops or service centres when needed.
• Wash and maintain several household vehicles daily.
• Support other general household duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Comfortable with hands-on cleaning, gardening and vehicle washing.
• Comfortable handling a pet dog.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.
• Willing to work extended weekday hours when required.
