Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Gelang Patah, Johor
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Lead, manage, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock records.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to warehouse staff when required.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain relevant warehouse and inventory reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to handle operational issues and make appropriate decisions independently.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
