PMX Malaysia is seeking experienced Site Supervisors from CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural), Mechanical, and Electrical backgrounds to support the delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting project delivery according to schedule and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily CSA, Mechanical, or Electrical construction activities on site.
• Monitor subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, and material deliveries to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and work progress.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress against project schedules and report any delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, QA/QC, and site safety requirements.
• Attend coordination meetings and prepare site progress reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and defect rectification activities.
• Maintain project documentation and site records.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
