About the Role
Looking to build your career in content and video production?
RDIVC PTE LTD is looking for an energetic, organised and proactive
Junior Producer
to support our production team.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across content planning, filming, production coordination, social media content, interviews, podcasts, events and post-production.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career within the creative and media-production industry.
What You’ll Do
Assist RDIVC PTE LTD producers with day-to-day production activities.
Help organise video shoots, interviews, podcasts, social content and events.
Prepare schedules, briefs, shot lists, call sheets and production documents.
Coordinate presenters, talent, videographers, video editors and other stakeholders.
Assist with studio bookings, locations, equipment arrangements and shoot logistics.
Provide production support during filming and events.
Ensure talent, equipment and production requirements are ready before shoots.
Track editing progress, production schedules and delivery deadlines.
Follow up with editors and relevant team members on outstanding projects.
Organise raw footage, project files and completed content.
Assist with content research, references and creative ideas.
Maintain production trackers and ensure project information is kept up to date.
Support other production-related requirements when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in media, video production, content creation and social media.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work within deadlines.
Comfortable coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
Able to adapt to changing production requirements.
Basic knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, videography or camera work.
