岗位职责

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration
  • Develop scalable microservices-based applications
  • Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and DevOps for end-to-end delivery
  • Implement security and data protection measures
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java (JDK 8 or above)
  • Proven experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA
  • Solid experience working with PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Understanding of ORM frameworks like Hibernate
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
  • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) is a plus
  • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
