- Operating Model Implementation: Coordinate the implementation of the procurement operating model across organisational structures, roles and responsibilities, processes, technology, data, controls and service delivery arrangements.
- Business Transition & Operational Readiness: Lead transition planning, cutover preparation, go-live coordination, hypercare and formal handover to BAU teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Risk and Control, business units, shared-service teams and external vendors to drive alignment and timely decision-making.
- Process & Control Design: Translate the approved operating model into clear process ownership, governance structures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), service levels and control frameworks.
- P2P Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier enablement and payment workflows.
- Change Management & Adoption: Coordinate change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness activities to support successful adoption of the new operating model.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate business testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, risk mitigation and operational validation to ensure implementation readiness.
- Leadership & Capability Building: Guide project and transition team members, facilitate knowledge transfer, and establish sustainable ways of working for internal teams.

- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning and design through implementation, go-live, stabilisation and BAU handover.
- Hands-on experience in Procurement or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvement and transformation.
