About The Job

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Client Engagement & Networking: Conduct regular customer visits, lead initial technical presentations, and cultivate strong, long-term industry relationships across the region.
• Industry Representation: Organize, participate in, and present at key industry seminars, symposiums, and regional conferences.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Gather and analyze market intelligence—including regional growth opportunities, country-specific regulations, and government incentive programs—to shape strategic business planning.
• Commercial Negotiation: Draft, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts in close collaboration with legal, financial, and technical support teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison connecting regional clients, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sectorProven track record and established professional network within the refinery and petrochemical field
