Job Summary
Join Morton's The Steakhouse Singapore to deliver flawless service and genuine hospitality in a renowned fine dining and bar environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare meals by setting up the station for efficient workflow following recipe book standards and portion sizes
Store perishables properly and maintain inventory of station items to ensure availability and freshness
Prepare and plate menu items ensuring visual accuracy and presentation quality
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the station area throughout the shift
Preferred competencies and qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant food and beverage experience preferred
Passion to learn and deliver consistent quality on every plate
Self-motivated team player who enjoys working with premium products
Positions available for Hot & Cold Kitchen
