Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: 81 Tagore Lane #01-03/04, TAG.A, Singapore 787502

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a responsible, organised and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR and administrative matters
• Manage employee records, leave and attendance
• Manage recruitment, interviews and employee onboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation
• Handle payroll, CPF submissions and related matters
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate employee training and welfare matters
• Assist management with HR policies, performance and disciplinary matters
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee information
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Expected Profile:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
• Familiar with Singapore HR practices and employment regulations
• Proficient in HR and payroll systems, preferably Adaptive Pay and Infotech
• Responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information
• Proactive, organised and able to multitask effectively
