Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company’s quality management systems and practices. This role manages quality assurance processes across precision-cleaning and surface-treatment operations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead quality audits, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor key performance indicators to maintain high product and service standards. Day-to-day activities include reviewing and updating quality documentation, collaborating with production and engineering teams on process improvements, and coordinating with laboratory personnel on testing protocols and reporting. The role also involves training team members on quality procedures, supporting customer quality inquiries, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational reliability and contamination control.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in quality management, including experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 or similar standards, and proven ability to maintain and improve certified management systems.
• Skills in quality assurance methodologies such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), internal auditing, and development of standard operating procedures.
• Competence in data analysis and reporting, including use of quality metrics, statistical tools, and documentation systems to track performance and support decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, engineering, or laboratory environments, ideally within HDD, semiconductor, electronics, or oil and gas industries.
• Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to train team members, manage projects, and engage with customers on quality-related matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications in quality or auditing are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in contamination control, precision-cleaning, or surface-treatment processes is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with laboratory testing and validation practices.
