Responsibilities

1. Define the system power architecture based on product requirements (power budget, reliability and efficiency targets), specifying the power delivery topology, voltage rails, and redundancy scheme;

2. Lead board-level power supply development, including power solution definition, key component selection (e.g. power ICs, inductors, capacitors), power-stage schematic design, and PCB layout;

3. Own board-level power validation: develop test plans covering functional, stability/aging and high/low-temperature environmental testing, execute the tests, and deliver test reports;

4. Track issues found during board-level power development and validation, perform fault isolation and debugging, and drive power performance optimization to meet product standards;

5. Support sustained power-related maintenance of mass-production products: resolve power faults arising in volume production, provide technical support, and propose power design iterations based on field feedback.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science or a related field;

2. 3+ years of relevant work experience;

3. Knowledge of x86 server hardware, a solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, and understanding of power integrity (PI) principles;

4. Proficient in operating lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic loads and DC sources, and familiar with their operating principles;

5. Resilient under pressure, with good communication skills and the ability to summarize and learn.
