Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead and supervise the project team to ensure successful project completion within budget, schedule, and company standards.

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception and design to construction, handover, and client satisfaction.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors throughout all project phases.

• Problem Solving & Decision Making:

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve site issues, leading the project team to effective solutions.

• Strategic Alignment & Reporting:

  • Align project activities with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and analyses to management.

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field
• Experience in LTA project [civil infrastructure] is mandatory.
