As part of JLC Technology Group (JLCPCB), a global provider of PCB manufacturing and PCB Assembly (PCBA) services serving customers in more than 180 countries, you will have the opportunity to learn about the electronics manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience in technical coordination, customer communication and project management.

No previous PCB industry experience is required. Structured on-the-job training will be provided.

This is NOT a sales position. Your work focuses on technical coordination, customer support, engineering communication and project follow-up.

What Will You Do?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate technical information between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone and online communication platforms.
• Assist customers in understanding PCB and PCBA technical requirements.
• Coordinate with China HQ regarding project progress, technical issues and production updates.
• Monitor project status through internal systems to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Learn PCB and PCBA knowledge through structured on-the-job training.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.

Important Requirements — Please Read Before Applying

To ensure a good fit for the position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma. Engineering disciplines are preferred, but candidates from other fields are welcome.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin, as the role requires daily communication with China HQ and Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule covering Morning, Afternoon and Night Shifts.
• Willing to work on Public Holidays according to the duty roster.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Able to work 5 days per week, with 7.5 working hours per day.

Please note: Shift rotation and public holiday duties are part of the role. Candidates should be comfortable with these requirements before applying.
