Chef de Partie Korean-French Casual Dining | Keong Saik, Singapore

About Us We are a new concept restaurant & bar opening in the heart of Keong Saik, centered around Korean traditional drinks — makgeolli, wine, and cocktails — paired with casual dining. Our kitchen draws on Korean culinary tradition with considered French technique, served in a relaxed, convivial setting.

The Role We are building our opening kitchen brigade and are looking for cooks across all levels, from Commis to Chef de Partie. You will take ownership of your section, contribute to a tight and motivated team, and help set the standard from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Run your section efficiently during service
• Maintain consistency in food quality, plating, and portioning
• Support mise en place and prep across sections as needed
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Contribute positively to kitchen culture and teamwork
• Support and learn from senior chefs, or guide junior team members, depending on level

What We're Looking For

• Solid knife skills and understanding of classical technique
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Korean or French cuisine is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
