Maltem Asia is currently seeking an IT Operations Manager for our client in the Education domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT support and infrastructure operations across multiple locations.
• Manage and coordinate helpdesk, onsite support and network support activities.
• Ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements and operational procedures.
• Monitor incident trends, service performance, escalations and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate L1 and L2 support teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Manage operational risks, resource allocation and service continuity.
• Lead service review meetings and provide operational performance reports.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives and improve user satisfaction.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, technical teams and third-party service providers.
• Support peak-period planning for student registration, online examinations and other institutional events.
• Ensure consistent documentation, knowledge transfer and adherence to IT service management processes.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing IT operations, service desk or infrastructure support teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, incident management and SLA monitoring.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
• Experience coordinating multi-site IT support operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
