Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a warm and personalised dining experience.

• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, walk-ins and guest enquiries.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing guests to encourage repeat visits.

• Proactively reach out to customers to promote reservations, special occasions, campaigns and upcoming events.

• Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to support promotions and guest engagement initiatives.

• Maintain guest preferences and customer records to enhance personalised service.

• Coordinate with the service team and provide hands-on front-of-house support during busy periods and events.

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant hosting, guest relations or hospitality is preferred.

• Well-groomed, personable and confident in engaging with guests.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.

• Proactive in customer engagement, relationship-building and promoting restaurant offerings.

• Organised, hands-on and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
