We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to manage our spare parts and maintenance materials inventory. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate stock tracking, and timely parts issuance to support the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of maintenance spare parts and materials, ensuring high stock accuracy.
• Handle systematic sorting, coding, labeling, binning, and storage of all parts.
• Process receiving, storage, issuing, requisition, and returns with complete documentation.
• Quickly locate and issue spare parts based on Work Orders (WO).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts, overstocking, redundant purchases, and obsolete inventory.
• Inspect parts for model, quantity, and condition, reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely supply of required parts.
• Maintain warehouse 5S standards (Cleanliness, Organization, and Safety).
• Ensure all inventory systems and related documents are updated accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Location: Taman Ulu Choh, Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
