Location: Austin Heights, Johor Bahru

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: Rotational shifts:

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome customers warmly, manage incoming calls and WhatsApp messages, and respond to enquiries regarding wellness services, packages, facilities and company policies professionally.
• Assist guests with check-in, booking confirmations, appointment scheduling, rescheduling and reminders, while explaining available wellness services and packages clearly.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, concerns and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process payments, deposits and billing for wellness services, products and packages, including cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of appointments, guest information and daily transactions.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, reception administrative tasks, maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area, and ensure a calm and relaxing environment that reflects the company's wellness concept and service standards.
• Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, coordinate with relevant team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, spa, wellness or customer service is an added advantage.
• Possess a pleasant personality, professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills with good organizational, multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Able to work six days per week and rotate between morning and evening shifts.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
