Job Description
ONZZ Engineering & Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage our project site operations, particularly for Building Management System (BMS) and related M&E works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overall site coordination, subcontractor management, project progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are executed smoothly, safely, and in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for daily site operations and overall site management.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to project schedules and requirements.
Liaise and coordinate closely with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
Attend site coordination meetings and project meetings to discuss progress, technical issues, and outstanding matters.
Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, site activities, and work schedules to ensure timely completion.
Prepare, review, and submit project documents, drawings, method statements, material submissions, and other relevant documentation for approval.
Follow up on technical clarifications, RFIs, site instructions, and outstanding issues.
Ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Identify potential site issues and coordinate with the project team to resolve them promptly.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Project Manager and company management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in site management, project coordination, or construction site supervision.
Experience in Building Management System (BMS), ACMV, electrical, or M&E projects will be an advantage.
Good understanding of construction site operations, project schedules, and coordination procedures.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to independently manage site operations and coordinate multiple parties effectively.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with project documentation and submission procedures.
Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
