We are hiring MANDARIN-ENGLISH OVER-THE-PHONE INTERPRETERS

Your role

Your job as an Over-the-Phone interpreter involves providing clear and accurate interpretation between languages, and assisting non-English speakers in various activities.

Required qualifications (Must have):

Native in Mandarin - Level English: B2/C1 level

We consider as a plus: Experience in the interpretation field and a medical interpretation certificate.

Computer: Windows 10 or newer with an I3 processor or newer. 4 GB RAM Minimum (8GB recommended).

Stable and fast internet connection (Ethernet connection recommended). Internet speed of 10Mbps Download/Upload.

A noise-canceling wired USB Headsets

Willingness to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

Your responsibilities:

Providing over-the-phone interpretation services.

Imparting thought, purpose, spirit, emotions, and tone of speakers from the source language into the target language.

Complying with applicable ethics and standards

Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical, specifically).
