Store Operations:
Manage daily outlet operations, ensure high sanitation standards, and control inventory & supplies.
Team Leadership:
Oversee therapists and reception staff, handle shift rosters, manage recruitment, and evaluate team performance.
Customer Experience:
Maintain service quality, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and improve customer retention.
Sales & Growth:
Drive store revenue through package/membership sales, handle POS transactions, and execute local promotions.
Requirements
2–4+ years of supervisory/management experience in spa, retail, or wellness centers.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and staff scheduling skills.
Proficient with POS and booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Vagaro) and basic MS Office.
Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
Knowledge of foot reflexology/bodywork standards is a plus.
