Job Description

·      Assist in all marketing and property-related matters.

·      Support sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.

·      Coordinate with internal teams, customers, agents, vendors, and external parties.

·      Assist with marketing materials, property information, events, and promotions.

·      Provide general administrative and coordination support.

·      Assist management in various business and operational matters.

·      Handle general administrative duties

·      Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as required by management.

Requirements

·      Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate or a related field.

·      Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, marketing or administration.

·      Experience in the property development industry will be an advantage.

·      Strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel& PowerPoint).

·      Knowledge of property portals, digital marketing or social media platforms is an advantage.

·      Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

·      Proactive, responsible and a good team player.

·      Good command of written and spoken English.
