- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise Oracle environments (RAC and Standalone), alongside exposure to MS SQL / SQLMI, MySQL, PostgreSQL, EDB, or MongoDB clusters.
- Proven track record in performance tuning, complex diagnostics, and backup/restore procedures across clustered architectures.
- Hands-on familiarity with DataGuard, DR strategy execution, automated backups, and baseline security controls.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under high-pressure scenarios.
- Certifications (Bonus): Professional certifications in Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, EDB, or MongoDB.
