• Coordinate procurement and delivery of marine spare parts and technical stores.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Liaise with vessel crews, ship managers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor vessel schedules and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate operational and procurement records.
• Verify technical specifications, part numbers, and customer requirements.
• Support urgent vessel requirements and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Minimum N/O Levels, ITE, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, procurement, customer service, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in maritime operations are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
