Job Responsibilities

- Perform painting, plastering, wall patching, and finishing works.

- Carry out basic carpentry, furniture assembly, and installation of panels, fixtures, and fittings.

- Handle minor plumbing repairs and assist with electrical works where qualified and authorised.

- Inspect, repair, and rectify defects involving walls, doors, flooring, and fittings.

- Complete final touch-ups before project handover.

- Assist with furniture, appliance, and fixture installation.

- Ensure units are functional and ready for photography, handover, and occupancy.

- Maintain tools and equipment and minimise material wastage.

- Keep work areas clean and follow site safety requirements.

- Report material shortages or damaged equipment.

- Update the Site Supervisor on work progress, defects, and delays.

- Complete assigned tasks according to project schedules.

- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors when required.

Job Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in renovation or related work.

- Hands-on skills in painting, plastering, carpentry, installation, and general repairs.

- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is an advantage.

- Able to operate hand tools and power tools safely.

- Physically fit and willing to travel between project sites.

- Valid driving licence, own transport is an advantage.

- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Work Completion: Complete assigned tasks on time.

- Workmanship Quality: Maintain good finishing with minimal rework.

- Defect Rectification: Resolve defects within required timelines.

- Productivity: Complete daily tasks efficiently.

- Safety: Follow safety procedures and maintain tools properly.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
