We invite experienced candidate to apply the following position:

Sales Manager – Long Stay

Responsibilities:
Handle all long stay liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
