Job Scope:

• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Verifying orders,including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Expending orders through internal liaison.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Indentifying new products to add to those on offer.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management,as and when deemed necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Previous experience in sales administration,or a similar role will be advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skill.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
