ADMIN EXECUTIVE – 2 JUNIOR POSITIONS

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Permit sponsorship is available for eligible Malaysian candidates.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide daily administrative and operational support to the team

* Prepare, check and submit insurance-related documents and applications

* Maintain accurate client records, reports and filing systems

* Follow up on pending applications, policy servicing and documentation

* Handle data entry, emails, telephone enquiries and appointment scheduling

* Assist with training sessions, customer events and recruitment activities

* Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal departments

* Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

* Minimum SPM, diploma or equivalent qualification

* Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow up on tasks independently

* Responsible, positive and willing to learn

* Good written and spoken English

* Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be useful for assisting Mandarin-speaking clients

* Administrative or insurance experience is an advantage, but training will be provided

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
