Mon-Fri 9am -6pm

Job Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, audit schedules, account reconciliations, and inter-company confirmations

Assist in the preparation and submission of GST, tax filings, and other statutory requirements in a timely manner

Manage and support monthly payroll processing, including salary computation, CPF submissions, and payroll reporting

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretary, and relevant authorities as required

Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and support annual stock take activities

Support the review and documentation of financial processes and workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency

Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities

Provide support to team members when required

Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Meticulous, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge and experience of Xero is a major plus.
• Able to work well under pressure and able to cope with tight deadlines
• Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be in a fast-paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements
