The Role: We are looking for a high-impact Head of Overseas Business to own our global expansion across three core regions — Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

Based in Singapore (remote with frequent travel), you will report directly to the executive team and lead end-to-end GTM, key account acquisition, channel development, and localized team building from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute market expansion and GTM strategies for SEA, the Middle East, and North America, with clear phased commercial targets
• Identify AI energy efficiency opportunities and define ToB product matrices and solutions adapted to local markets
• Lead acquisition and delivery of overseas benchmark clients — multinational corporations, industrial parks, and commercial real estate leaders
• Build and nurture deep partnerships with overseas channel distributors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners
• Recruit, build, and empower localized sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams across target regions
• Establish efficient cross-cultural, cross-timezone collaboration and operating mechanisms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; dual background in STEM (Automation, HVAC, Energy, Computer Science) and Business is a strong plus
• 8+ years of overseas sales and team management experience in ToB technology, industrial, or energy sectors
• Proven track record of successful market entry and scaling in at least one of: SEA, Middle East, or North America
• Familiarity with Building Automation (BA), industrial energy saving, new energy, SaaS, or IoT is highly preferred
• Strong dual-track capability in Key Account (KA) direct sales and Channel Sales
• Hands-on experience building localized overseas teams from 0 to 1 (Local-to-Local), with proven ability to manage multinational staff
• Deep understanding of local labor compliance and business culture; exceptional stakeholder communication skills
• English as a core working language — capable of business negotiation and C-level reporting
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high resilience, and a drive to win on the global stage
